Dare to Dream: The power of Goals

I don't know how many people are going read this but i gonna write it anywae. It's going to be about setting goals and hopefully those who really read these will benefit from it. Anywae it's just a sneak preview of Adam Khoo's Superkids workshop.

SUCESS HAPPENS NOT BY CHANCE, BUT BY DESIGN

Believe it or not setting goals is the 1st and most important step you must take in the whole process of succeeding both in school and in life. It definitely has an impact on my life to a great extent. Whether you believe it or not you got to try it for yourself to see.

Believe it or not everything u have achieved and accomplished so far did not happen by chance. Instead, it happened because you dreamed it and designed it clearly in your mind consciously or sub-consciously.

Let me end off by sharing an article.

WHAT DO TIGER WOODS, STEVEN SPEILBERG AND BILL CLINTON HAVE IN COMMON?

If you look at many of the most famous people around, you will also notice that their success came because they had dared to dream about it at an early stage. They too understand that everything happens by design.

Tiger Woods,32, is currently the number one golf professional in the world. (He had already achieved the No.1 ranking at age 24). At 24, he has already accomplised more in golf than anyone else in history. Did you know that he achieved all this because at the age of 8, he set his goals to beat all the top golfers and be number one?

At the age of 12, Steven Spielberg set his goal to be a top movie director when he grew up. At the age of 36, he became one of the most successful filmmakers in history. He directed 4 out of the 10 ten highest grossing films in history, winning numberous Academy Awards. What allowed him to achieve such phenomenal success at such a young age? Again, it was because he had understood the power of goals.

Bill Clinton, the former President of the United States had, as a young boy growing up as the son of a poor widow in a small farm estate, set his ambition of becoming the President of the United States when he grew up. His teachers, relatives and friends said, 'Get readl kid!' But like Woods and Spielberg, he dared envisage the future in his mind and made it into a reality.

It is never too late to set goals. "What do you really want in life?" this is the untimate question u are going to ask yourself from time to time.

Easy said, then why doesn't everybody set goals?
If you really really want to know do leave a msg on the tagboard so that i blog abt it.
